MISSON STATEMENT

BUILDING CHARACTER THOUGH SAILING

Pontiac Sailing Education Foundation was founded in 1984 to make learning to sail more accessible to the children of the Metropolitan Detroit area. CSSF, a non profit, has now taken over PSEF to provide a year round program. Our goal is to introduce children to the lifelong sport as the future of the sport is dependent on cultivating the interest and developing skills of all levels in our children.

During Fall and Spring, high school interscholastic racing teams sail at PYC. In the summer, PYC is the site for Junior Sailing  and the very competitive Race Team.

Based on need, CSSF offers a limited number of scholarships.
